This book has already created lessons for Common Core speaking and listening standards. Such a help, as our district just implemented the CC standards this year but then didn't get us any curriculum that is CC-based. This book was a life-saver.
This is a very effective resource for helping students develop thinking, listening and speaking skills. Our teacher book group gleaned excellent strategies and activities for use in our grade 3-6 classrooms.
